PLS 221 - Model United Nations I - Introduction to United Nations Issues and Organization

Credits: 3
Introduction to United Nations issues and organization. Course focus on active learning through simulation of international diplomacy, speech making, negotiation, and foreign policy development. Course requires travel to a Model United Nations conference, with additional costs for students. Satisfies University Studies V: Explorations Beyond the Classroom/Certified Internship Program.
