PHY 350 - Fluid Mechanics

Prerequisites: PHY 321  or MAT 361 . Emphasizes fundamental physical principles; fluid statics, fluid kinematics, integral and differential forms of the conservation laws for mass, momentum and energy; Bernoulli equation; laminar flows; potential flows; vorticity dynamics; dyanamic similarity; boundary layers; turbulence.
