MGT 456 - Employee and Labor Relations Credits: 3 Prerequisite: MGT 350 and admission to Cameron School of Business. Study of the current legislation affecting employee and labor relations, union organizing, collective bargaining, contract administration, union-management relations, and best practices in employee relations in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
