FIN 438 - Commercial Lending and Credit Analysis

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: FIN 335  and admission to Cameron School of Business. Topics covered include the lending function of commercial banks, specifically focusing on the analysis of a firm’s financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of a loan request. Cases augment the lecture material.
