Prerequisite: ENG 103  or ENG 201 . ENG 204  or ENG 205  recommended but not required. Types of nonfiction prose, including biography, autobiography, memoirs, journals, and various essay forms. Works from a variety of periods, writers, and traditions. May be repeated under a different subtitle.
