CRW 496 - Senior Seminar in Creative Writing

Prerequisite: Senior standing and CRW 407, CRW 408 or CRW 409 or consent of instructor. Majors only. Seminar addressing issues of the profession, including preparing a manuscript for submission to publishers, publishing, advanced study, the writing life, ethics, and employment. Senior thesis, chapbook created in conjunction with the UNCW Publishing Laboratory, and public oral presentation of creative work required. Partially satisfies University Studies IV: Building Competencies/Writing Intensive.
