BIO 498 - Internship in Biological Sciences

Credits: 1- 12

Prerequisites: Junior or senior majors within the Department of Biology and Marine Biology, minimum overall average of 2.00 and consent of instructor. Practical field experience and training through a program of work and study within a business or agency. Students are supervised and evaluated jointly by a biology faculty member and an on-site supervisor. (Only three semester hours may count toward biology degree requirement.) Satisfies University Studies V: Explorations Beyond the Classroom.
