BIO 465 - Biochemistry

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: BIO 201 , BIO 202 , CHM 211  and junior status. Chemical properties and metabolism of amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids; enzymes kinetics; bioenergetics regulatory mechanisms. Three lecture hours each week. The lab for this course is BIOL 465 .
