This course uses ISTE.NETS.A Standards as a guide for developing effective and innovative school leaders. The ISTE.NETS.A standards are illuminated by case studies based on systemic leadership issues, dilemmas and problems. Guiding questions provide a means for students to analyze, assess and develop action plans to support effective decision making.
