PLS 341 - Latino Politics

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite: sophomore standing or permission of instructor. Role of Latino communities in shaping state and national politics in the United States. Latino political empowerment strategies, political representation, the electoral impact of Latino votes, and contemporary public policy issues. Satisfies University Studies II: Approaches and Perspectives/Living in Our Diverse Nation.
