The Bachelor of Science in Workforce Learning & Talent Development is a flexible, accelerated online program designed for working individuals. If you are passionate about training and developing adult learners in the corporate sector, community college education, government agencies, or military, this major is perfect for you. Throughout this program, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to design, develop, manage, deliver, and evaluate training programs to help your organization build a more skilled workforce. Graduates will be able to:
- Examine current and future trends and practices in workforce learning and talent development.
- Apply adult learning theories, learning design principles, instructional technologies, and innovative solutions to develop meaningful learning experiences and/or training initiatives.
- Build effective training programs, professional development initiatives, and courses that meet the workforce needs and strategic goals of your organization and community.
