The School of Health and Applied Human Sciences offers a Whole Health and Wellness Studies minor, which provides students with a strong foundation of health and wellness content knowledge and skills to facilitate healthy living both personally and professionally. The minor reflects the multi-dimensional nature of health and wellness while providing students opportunities to select from a variety of interdisciplinary elective courses that meet both their personal and professional wellness goals.

Requirements for a Minor in Whole Health and Wellness Studies:


Electives (12 credit hours)


At least one course from at least four of the below categories

Total: 20 hours
