Requirements for the Minor in Medical Humanities
Electives:
Students are required to take at least 3 credits from each of the following three designations: 1) Historical and Literary Perspectives 2) Diversity and Bio-cultural Perspectives, and 3) Psychosocial Dimensions of Health and Caregiving. An additional 3 credits must be chosen from any of the categories. Other courses that have relevant themes, particularly rotating or special topics courses such as HON 210 and department seminars, can be counted with approval from the director of the minor. At least 6 hours need to come from 300/400 level classes.
