Entrepreneurship and Innovation Minor

The Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation prepares non-business students to engage in entrepreneurial activities related to their major.

Requirements for Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation:

The Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation is open to all non-business majors and requires 18 credit hours of study. Admission to the minor requires achieving a grade of ‘C’ or higher in EBD 280 .

Fundamental Courses: 9 credit hours

In the case of restricted classes approval must be secured by the appropriate Department Chair. Students may choose any of the optional courses to meet the 6 hours; however students are encouraged to choose courses that constitute a focus, e.g. entrepreneurship in the Arts, in Science, in Technology as examples. Students should confer with academic advisors when determining a cluster of the three courses. Students must earn a C- or above in all classes in the minor.
