WLD 404  -  Design Thinking in Training and Development

This course introduces students to design thinking as a powerful framework for creating innovative training initiatives and addressing workforce skill gaps. Students will apply empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing to design learner-centered programs that solve real organizational challenges.
