BLA 462  -  Legal Issues in Health Care

Study of the legal and ethical issues faced by Health Care Professionals. Topics include licensure, tort liability, privacy and reporting requirements, employment law and ethical decision making.

Credit Hours: 3

Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Junior or senior standing and admission to Cameron School of Business, or consent of department chair.
