WLD 422  -  Change Management in Learning and Development

This course explores the fundamentals of change management through the lens of learning and development (L&D). Students will examine how planned change initiatives impact employees, teams, and training programs. They will also learn how to support change through communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and upskilling efforts.
