WLD 359 - Work Experience in Workforce Learning and Development

Credit granted for past work experience in the area of workforce learning and development while employed in business & industry, non-profit, government service, or military organizations. Students will be required to develop a portfolio of their experiences in which they demonstrate any of the three main capabilities of the Talent Development Capability Model. Instructor approval needed.
