RSP 320 - Exam and Career Preparation

This course provides preparation and reflection on the scope of practice for respiratory therapy students entering the profession. Emphasis will be placed on competencies listed in the content matrix for both the Therapist Multiple Choice examination (TMC) and Clinical Simulation Examination (CSE). Upon completion, students will develop a portfolio of goals to include professional and academic credentials along with a short- and long-term career plan.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite or Corequisite Courses: RSP 412 with a C or better, RSP 403 with a C or better, RSP 470 with a C or better, and RSP 454 with a C or better.
Prerequisite Courses: RSP 402 with a C or better, RSP 307 with a C or better, RSP 309 with a C or better, RSP 308 with a C or better, RSP 353 with a C or better, RSP 412 with a C or better, RSP 403 with a C or better, RSP 470 with a C or better, and RSP 454 with a C or better.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to RSP majors only.
