ENG 331  -  Early Modern Literature

Studies texts composed throughout the sixteenth and early seventeenth century in the British Isles, continental Europe, and other global traditions of the period, against the historical and cultural backdrop of religious, political, and cultural upheaval and rising mercantilism.


Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: Prerequisite or corequisite: ENG 103 or ENG 201, or consent of instructor. ENG 205 is strongly recommended.
