EGN 495 - Engineering Capstone I

Students develop and refine capstone design proposals, form teams, and begin preliminary research in collaboration with project sponsors. Course introduces essential professional skills in project management, leadership, communication, scheduling, meeting facilitation, and conflict management to ensure teams are equipped for successful project execution in the subsequent capstone course.
