THR 231  -  Craft of Acting I - Self-discovery and Truth


Introduction to acting for theater with the necessary tools to begin the process of approaching a role using techniques drawn from Stanislavski, Chekhov, and Black Acting Methods: Critical Approaches. Students will be introduced to foundations in movement, voice, ensemble, and consent work. 

Credit Hours: 3

Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Permission of Instructor only. All Performance Option majors must take this class or an equivalent from another university.
