CHM 485  -  Industrial and Polymer Chemistry

An overview of major industrial processes, the synthesis and significance of major industrial chemicals. Polymer chemistry to include synthesis, properties, and applications is covered. Some specialty topics such as pharmaceutical chemistry and agricultural chemistry are also briefly covered.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: CHM 212  with a minimum grade of C
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
