ANT 206 - Being Human: A Cross-Cultural Perspective Introduction to cultural anthropology through the comparative, cross-cultural study of human societies. Drawing on global case studies—from Indigenous and rural communities to urban centers—the course examines shared aspects of humanity across different cultural contexts. It explores how humans make meaning, build communities, and navigate the complexities of culture in a rapidly changing world.
