OCN 476 - Marine Pollution

Overview of current topics in marine pollution with discussion on the geochemical aspects of the sources, transport, and fate of pollutants as well as impacts to biota in the marine environment. Laboratory stresses application of concepts learned in lecture. Three lecture three laboratory hours each week.

Prerequisite Courses: (OCN 150 or GLY 101) and OCN 365, or consent of instructor.
