PLS 302  -  The Politics of the Supreme Court

Explores the role of Supreme Court in the American political system. Reviews the Court’s history, membership, operations, and interactions with the other branches of government and the public. Focuses on the social scientific theories that explain the behavior of the justices and other individuals associated with the Court.

Prerequisite Courses: PLS 101
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Or permission of instructor.
