EBD 304 - Entrepreneurship in the Arts This course will introduce and outline the role of “art” in various marketplaces, and how the emerging arts entrepreneur operates in society. Topics include how to position and market aesthetic products, the pricing of art products, understanding consumer behavior for aesthetic products, the modes of financing, and art patronage. Course will also examine the nature of art infrastructures, such as museums, festivals, and galleries, and the overall economics of the arts in modern society.
Prerequisite or Corequisite Courses: EBD 280 or EBD 282 Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
