CHML 325 - Biophysical Chemistry Laboratory

Essential experimental approaches used in the study of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, and their interactions. The molecular structure, thermodynamics and kinetics of binding reactions, phase transitions, and other processes involving these macromolecules will be studied using calorimetry and modern spectroscopic methods.
