BIO 445  -  Environmental Physiology


Study of the physiological and biochemical mechanisms by which organisms adapt to the physical parameters within their environments (e.g., temperature, salinity, pressure, hypoxia, altitude) and acclimate to environmental change.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: (BIO 201  and BIO 202  and BIO 345 ) or BIO 340
