EBD 302 - Managing & Marketing for Entrepreneurs Focus on key organizational activities that facilitate the growth and management of an enterprise. Provides valuable information for effective marketing techniques designed to grow, compete, and sustain the business. Focus on managing human resources and the ability to strategically develop the business model as it progresses through growth phases. Focus on managing human resources and the ability to strategically develop the business model as it progresses through growth phases. Students will also learn successful exit strategies for a business. Leadership, management, positioning, legal strategies, sales strategies, and scaling strategy are also addressed.

Prerequisite or Corequisite Courses: EBD 280 OR EBD 282 Additional Restrictions/Requirements: This course is for non-business majors and students in the BA Economics program.
