SWK 497 - Field Practicum II Development and application of skills used in social work practice. Supervision of student field experience in a community social service setting. Analysis and discussion of field experiences in a series of field seminars to be arranged by the field liaison.
Credit Hours: 6
Corequisite Courses: SWK 407 and SWK 321 . Prerequisite Courses: SWK 496 and SWK 396 and SWK 321 and SWK 443 and SWK 355 . Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to BSW majors main campus and/or extension site. Consent of instructor and 2.5 overall GPA. Students must earn a “C” or better in each SWK course in order to progress in the program. University Studies: Explorations Beyond the Classroom Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
