SWK 320 - Human Behavior and the Social Environment I


Perspectives on human development and behavior in diverse contexts, including: culture, oppression, poverty, gender, ethnicity, physical and social settings. Implications for social work practice and policies. Prenatal Through Adolescence.

Credit Hours: 3

Corequisite Courses: SWK 240  and SWK 355 , and SWKL 240 , each with a grade of ‘C’ or better.
Prerequisite or Corequisite Courses: SWK 235  with a grade of ‘C’ or better.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to BSW majors main campus and/or extension site. Students must earn a “C” or better in each SWK course in order to progress in the program.
