COM 473 - Communication Skills Training
Study and application of key principles for design and delivery of communication training. Focus is on needs assessment, creation and facilitation of instruction, and basic evaluation of training results.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: COM 272 or MGT 350 or permission of instructor
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: PCOM or COM Major or permission of instructor.
