COM 368  -  Applications in Multimedia Journalism

Emphasis on long-form/feature reporting. Technical training in the operation of news gathering equipment; refinement of news gathering techniques;  presentation and delivery skills; and producing news content for multiple broadcast and digital platforms.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: COM 200  with a minimum grade of B, and COM 268  or COM 280 , or permission of instructor.
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to PCOM and COM majors, or journalism minors.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
