EDL 537 - Organizational Strategy and Resource Management in Community Colleges
Course Description: This course provides an introduction to organizational strategy and management, as well as effective resource management, for community college leaders. The guiding purpose of the course is to help community college leaders understand ways of making their institutions effective and efficient through research-based practices and policies.
