EDN 515 - The Art and Science of Technical Assistance in Early Childhood


Course Description: This course will equip early childhood technical assistance practitioners with the skills and knowledge necessary to support quality improvement across an array of early care and education settings. Students will learn to incorporate the North Carolina Technical Assistance Framework and Domains in their work supporting, mentoring, and coaching early care and education professionals. Students will develop through coursework and demonstrate through real-world examples their knowledge of technical assistance theory and their skills in applying technical assistance models and strategies to their work supporting ECE professionals.
