NSG 595 - Nursing Education Residency
Course Description: This practicum is a faculty guided nursing education practicum for application and synthesis of the nurse educator role in academia or in staff development in health care institutions. Students will assess the need for, design, implement, and evaluate a classroom or clinical instructional module under the direction of a selected nurse faculty mentor.
Credit Hours: 3 To 6

Prerequisite Courses: NSG 513 with minimum grade of C, course may also be taken as a corequisite and NSG 524 with minimum grade of C, course may also be taken as a corequisite and NSG 525 with minimum grade of C, course may also be taken as a corequisite
