WLD 310 - Global Organizational Learning & Development

Designed to develop an appreciation for the abilities, insights, and ideas of all individuals. Emphasis will be on working effectively with diverse populations, recognizing the need to address styles, abilities, motivations, and/or backgrounds when providing learning and development solutions across and within borders and cultures.
