WLD 300 - Effective Communication in Workforce Learning Development

The students will acquire a strong foundation in effective communication techniques for training and development professionals that introduces associated theories and practical applications of those theories. Students will clearly demonstrate their understanding through the preparation of effective written, visual, and oral communication.
