ANT 214 - Forensic Anthropology


Study of the role of human identification in the forensic sciences. Topics include: the history of forensic anthropology in the US; procedures for the search and recovery of human remains; methods of identification from the skeleton; trauma analyses, manners of death; time since death estimations; and the integration of other forensic science disciplines and techniques with human identification.
