SWK 443 - Social Work Practice with Communities and Organizations Knowledge, values, and skills common to social work practice at the community and organizational levels. Principles of social planning, community development, and social action. Topics include needs assessment, program planning and development, organizational change and program evaluation.
Credit Hours: 3
Corequisite Courses: SWK 321 and SWK 396 . Prerequisite Courses: SWK 240 and SWK 320 . Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to BSW majors, main campus and/or extension site. Students must earn a “C” or better in each SWK course in order to progress in the program. Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.
