COM 350 - Politics and Film


Explores how the medium of film uses narrative and rhetorical devices such as stock plots, characters, and situations to communicate political ideas and shape audience perceptions. The films chosen for analysis and discussion cover a wide variety of historical and contemporary political issues.

Credit Hours: 3

Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Restricted to COM majors.
