BIO 459  -  Endocrinology

A survey of the biochemistry, physiology and anatomy of the endocrine system of vertebrates and selected invertebrates. Steroid, peptide, and terpenoid hormones that control reproduction, growth and other parameters will be discussed.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: BIO 201  and BIO 202  and CHM 211 
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
