CSC 520 - Digital Image Processing Course Description: This course introduces the methods and theory of digital image processing beginning with image representations, storage formats, and data structures. Students develop tools for reading image data, determining image properties and performing common point, local, and global transforms. The course also covers data compression, digital watermarking, morphological processing, and steganography.
