CMR 526 - The 21st Century Workplace: Diversity Matters Course Description: This course covers the basics of planning for and managing the needs of the diverse workplace. You will examine the management of a diverse workforce in terms of changing work priorities, quality of work life, human resource policies, procedures, and organizational culture. You will also explore strategies to align these workforce changes with your professional goals, as well as to define training needs and options related to implementing necessary changes.
