RTH 394 - Aquatics in Recreation Therapy Introduction to the use of aquatic activities as treatment interventions in recreation therapy for a variety of populations and individuals with disabilities and illnesses. Topics may include aquatic therapy, aquatic exercise and/or adapted aquatics. Students are required to have basic swimming skills. Class will be held in a swimming pool and students are required to be in the water.
Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisite Courses: RTH 375 Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Prerequisite course or consent of instructor. Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
