FIN 434 - Fixed Income Securities and Derivatives


This course investigates fixed income securities (i.e. bonds) and their derivatives. The course will describe the major players in fixed income markets, the key institutions, broad empirical regularities and analytical tools that are used for pricing and risk management. Some parts of this course are analytical while others are institutional.

Credit Hours: 3

Prerequisite Courses: FIN 330 
Additional Restrictions/Requirements: Prerequisite course and admission to Cameron School of Business.
Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated. Maximum Repeatable Hours: 3
