BIO 458 - Fisheries Biology


An examination of the factors that control the population dynamics of fishes. Introduction to the principles of fisheries science including estimation of population metrics such as age, growth, mortality, and abundance, fish stock assessment, and fishery management strategies. The lab for this course is BIOL 458 .

Prerequisite Courses: BIO 366
