EXSL 411 - Exercise Prescription I Laboratory

Credit Hours: 1
Prerequisite: EXS 320  and EXSL 320 ; Corequisite: EXS 411 . Exercise Science (EXS) majors only or permission by instructor. Concepts of health related physical fitness with emphasis on screening, fitness assessment and the design of an individualized exercise program for all ages within an apparently healthy population. Two laboratory hurs per week.
