BIO 445 - Environmental Physiology

Credit Hours: 3
Prerequisites: BIO 201 and BIO 202 , and BIO 345 or BIO 340 . Study of the physiological and biochemical mechanisms by which organisms adapt to the physical parameters within their environments (e.g., temperature, salinity, pressure, hypoxia, altitude) and acclimate to environmental change. Three lecture hours each week.
